‘Once you gain this knowledge [in FREEDOM] you can’t unlearn it! Be prepared for a life changing experience that will open your eyes and bring about beneficial personal change that will transform your life. To my mind it is vital that everyone read the books and the emails [now called Freedom Essays], or at least watch the videos [Introductory Video Series]. Gaining an understanding of the human condition has been such a revelation for me. It’s as if I’ve had a giant jigsaw puzzle without the box with the picture of what it is supposed to look like has been sitting in front of me my entire life. I’ve struggled in vain to put the pieces together by reading dozens of books by psychologists, psychiatrists, metaphysical and motivational gurus and although they’ve helped to some degree I could never come to terms with why humanity behaves so appallingly...Now at last, I am beginning to stand back and observe not only the world but my own past behaviour. I can now fearlessly confront and “own” my shadow and recognise the real truth, that I am actually not evil and horrible. I can now even understand why doctors have been unable to cure or find a cause for most of my chronic physical illnesses and pain. (They stem from my self-loathing, guilt and disgust with the way humans treat each other). At last I can see how to free myself from the human condition and all its deleterious impacts.’
